A Dacor oven that will not heat usually has a failed bake element or gas igniter, a temperature sensor out of spec, or a relay-board fault. Newer Dacor models may display a fault code, while legacy Epicure and Discovery units signal by symptom.
The fix is to test the heating circuit in sequence and replace the specific failed part, whether that is the element, the igniter, the sensor, or the board.
